AFX chassis with either AFX or resin bodies, I'm sorry. I meant older style bodies. All my cars are '50's or '60's cars, but running on new Turbo or Super G+ chassis'. I have just started on my circuit, which will be the old Wellington Waterfront circuit.

Hi everyone, Nick here from Wellington.

Decided last month that I'd start looking for slot car set after owning a fair bit of Tyco when I was younger.
I remember playing the slots so much the pick ups on all my cars were burnt right through. Had a hell of a time trying to make a running car out of all of them.

On Trademe at the moment, intially looking for Tyco but now aiming towards Tomy AFX - love those hairpins and banked corners.
Just really buying it for my son, well thats what I'm telling my wife...I'm sure a 2 1/2 year old will enjoy it!

I actually Stumbled on this forum after seeing it mentioned in a few TM auctions.
Just had a look around the forum and I recognise a few of your names from a few aucitons i've been watching...cool!

Right i'm off back to Trademe land...gotta snare me some tracks!!!!
