Wayne the guy that prints them had a hard time awhile ago about selling them, some wank made a real real big fuss about them being reproduced and he stoped sellin them, buy of course has started again as you know, some of his Aurora 60s stickers got pulled as the car manufactures woulnt let him sell them as the had there names branded, originally Aurora had permission to sell the kitsets with the brand names printed on the stickers but because Aurora stop making them in the 70s ,when he reproduced them he didnt have the manufatures permission so had to stop, Americans can be a funny lot, there are quite a few yanks that watch trade me, i know of about 12 and im sure davo knows of some too

Hi all.
Hey a couple of questions for you...
Why do you guys prefer HO scale over 1/32?
I have never had a go with the Scalextric type of slot car and Im thinking I would like to at least try it out...

Cheers

Edit...just thought is this the right thread to bring this up in??

For me, It's the area the track takes up. You can setup a great 2 or 4 lane track in a small area.

Scalextric is cool fun! Scalextric digital is just awesome!!! But you need a huge area for a good size track! There's the problem! Lotto win maybe???

same as Swivel,a sizable track can be made with just a 2400x1200 sheet of cheap plywood or chip board and you can have some good racing in a small area,1/32 scale track on that size board would be crap,I have been playing with slots for close to 45 years(yeah shut the fuck up all of you babies)raced 1/32, great fun but never had the room to have a large track to really enjoy the racing aspect of slot cars
