I have been to Hamilton today to watch my youngest daughter win the New Zealand singles badminton title, I'm so proud of her for the dedication and commitment that has been necessary to achieve such a goal, in addition to a 40 hour working week she trains approx. 30 hours a week, most top players don't work, only train in Europe or Asia. Vicki is the blond one at front of pics

another proud day for Vic,she has just won the Auckland open title in singles and doubles, that means she has won all 4 major single titles within NZ and all the minor tournament's that she entered, not bad hasn't been beaten in singles for 18 months now I think, hope she can except the loss when it happens, unlikely to except it well, she is like me hates to lose
