Re: Newbie!! Holy crap Id all but forgotten about this forum! Dave about those drift trikes...are you still alive LOL!! The drift trike thing has taken up a crapload of my time... check madazz trikes out on facebook to see just how much. Got the lad a SCALEXTRIC set for xmas... and Im afraid to say I am a convert... everything I disliked about AFX (too fast, unrealistic, sketchy performance/stop start behavior etc) is totally rectified by its bigger brother. Sorry, I knoweveryone hates me now, but to me its just more fun, and the lad can control them a lot better, and go slow without the cars stopping everywhere. Now that I have got a decent (trike fabrication) shed, I will probably set up a decent size track (current is 6.5m, which is fine for inside) on a board and have some fun track nights...(I have a bar fridge out there too, wahoo..) I love how they get sideways!! Cheers guys... I hope you understand...
