COLLECTING AND CUSTOMIZING IS A GREAT HOBBY, BUT WHO LIKES TO GO FAST? I HAVE A LOT OF GREAT WAYS TO IMPROVE PERFORMANCE WITHOUT SPENDING ANY OR AT LEAST VERY LITTLE MONEY. TRUING COMMUTATORS, MATCHING THE MOTOR MAGNETS, CHANGING THE ARMATURE TIMING ARE SOME OF THE BIG ONES. THERE ARE A LOT OF LITTLE THINGS TOO. BRUSHING THE COMMUTATOR WITH A FIBER OPTIC CABLE, THE RIGHT OIL IN THE RIGHT PLACES, CHANGING THE TIRE SIZE, UPGRADING WITH NEO MAGNETS, ETC... ALL THESE LITTLE THINGS COST NOTHING OR NEXT TO IT. YOU WON`T BELIEVE THE DIFFERENCE IT WILL MAKE. YOUR COMPETITION WILL THINK YOU ARE A WIZARD! YOU WILL BLOW THEM AWAY IN EVERY CLASS OF RACING. ANY ORGANIZED RACE CLUBS IN KIWILAND? STILL WAITING FOR DARREN TO GIVE US HIS OPINION OF THE LITTLE JEWEL I SENT HIM. |

No clubs that I know of. I like speed, But I spend more time with the older AFX so as to slide etc. Makes it more fun |

I GOTTA TALK TO A COUPLE OF THEM ABOUT YOUR REQUEST FOR THE BEST T-JET POSSIBLE. PROBLEM IS THESE GUYS ARE ALL FRAY RACERS. CHECK THE RULES IN THE WEBSITE. VERY LIMITING. FOR UNRESTRICTED WE WILL HAVE TO THINK OUTSIDE THE BOX. HERE IS MY RACER. I`M A CHEVY MAN MYSELF. LOST MY VIRGINITY IN ONE SO IT`S A SENTIMENTAL THING.

We don't see the fray type stuff here! I have just sent a couple of "loaner" Tjets back to Terry. One was mostly stock and the other was one of his racers. The stock one did nothing for me but the worked chassis was good fun. It had a good arm,magnets, Fray independent front end and a Fray type body for the lower center of gravity. Much better through the corners. The HOKiwi slot car site has been there for a while but he has no contact details on the site. |

MAYBE BECAUSE THE FRAY IS AN AMERICAN THING? FOR THE UNKNOWING THE FRAY IS A NATIONAL T-JET RACE HELD ONCE A YEAR IN SAN FRANCISCO. THE MAHOR CLUB HAS WON IT FOR THE LAST 8 OF 9 YEARS. THESE GUYS ARE DAMN GOOD! AND I GET TO RACE WITH THEM 20 TIMES A YEAR. ANYBODY FIND ANYTHING IN THOSE WEBSITES I SENT? DAN |
