"Layouts" show us ya layout!

heres some pics i found of my layout in its begining stage, i had laid out my track design and was ready for landscaping to begin, track base is "L" shaped and is 2 laned as i wanted to get the most out of it as it could, track i have used is Aurora track from the 1960s, pre AFX, 3 pics- L/H - Centre - RH

I know its trains not cars but this is a good shot of one of my old home layouts. Just to give you guys an idea on what modeling background I have, as I'm definately a novice in the slotcar world.

Here is a few shots of the layout I currently have (since sunday). Happy with a few of the elements, like the compunding curve under the raised section.
Unhappy about the loops, but the kids wanted them in

Here is a computer generated plan of the layout, used Slotman program.

I have reversed the overpass, for visibility from operating area.

Each lane length is 17.58m.

Any thoughts, comments welcome.

Yes. I like the hairpins too! Have 3 of them, but didn't want to over do the tight track thing.

Upon studying the layout at home, I discovered my plan was a wee bit wrong! Damn memory!

Here is a revamp of the East end of the layout, I'm much happier with this.

Ham1200's track and some cars. Nice portable track that fits under a single bed.
