Here's a few shots of my big layout which is a Tomy 4 laner mounted on a 6.5" by 4" board. That's about the biggest sensible size I can fit in my pokey flat!

During the painting stage!

I've still not finished the kerbs which will eventually have another sanding to get them smooth and then more white and red paint. They're made of door insulation strips with Polyfilla on top to get them to tracktop height.

Seeing as the big track is too big to make it useful in the flat, here is my ultra micro test track.

It uses the same power supply as the big track which is in the foreground. The big track has driver stations wired for brakes but this one just has really basic driver stations so I can use my Parma Eco controllers which are fitted with 3 pin plugs for racing.

I forgot to add that painting is really not one of my strong suits so I'll be getting the missus to do all that on my next circuit and when finishing the test track!

Big track is screwed down with counter sunk screws as per Greg Braun's site. The small track is held down with bathroom sealant. Which works well!
